Purpose

Section I. Background

Purpose: To ensure the safety of victims of domestic violence.
Background: Washington State has an innovative project to provide address confidentiality to victims of domestic violence who have relocated from abusive situations.

Section II. Procedure

If an employee has been a victim of domestic violence and wishes to utilize this program, (s)he can call the Address Confidentiality Program at the Office of the Secretary of State at (800) 822-1065.
