The following fundraising procedures are necessary to ensure accounting control in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Fundraiser General Procedure
Prior to sale (a minimum of two weeks prior to fundraiser):
- Complete a Fundraiser Request Form (FR1).
- The Fundraiser Request Form must be approved by the Administrative Team.
If approved:
- You will need to obtain the fundraising packet appropriate for your activity.
- You will need to obtain a “cash only” customer list from the Business Office.
Safety:
All safety procedures generally applicable to WSSB are applicable to fundraising activities.
